Monty K. Genegabus

Monty K. Genegabus brings over 30 years of extensive experience in military operations, security management, and firearms training to his role as Director at Guardian Training Center. A decorated Marine with a 20-year career in the United States Marine Corps, Monty’s expertise spans from military analysis at the Mountain Warfare Training Center to managing high-profile security operations for some of the most influential clients in the U.S.

In addition to his military service, Monty has held various leadership positions, including Director of Operations at Execushield Inc. and Assistant Security Manager at Nevada Pacific Consulting, where he managed 24/7 protective services for high-net-worth individuals. He also runs NexusFST, offering Nevada CCW and Private Investigators Licensing Board (PILB) training.

Monty also spent a decade as a U.S. State Department-cleared Firearms and Tactics Instructor. He holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, a Project Management certification through the Defense Acquisition Workforce, and is certified as an NRA Law Enforcement Handgun Instructor. Additionally, Monty is a certified instructor for both CCW and AR-15 courses through the USCCA.
